Thank you for your feedback. Can you explain why this guy splits the fees? It's 135.00 per month x 12. With only 6 months to be useable. I know condo ( homes) owners in this state that don't pay fees that high.
I'd rather pay it year round, versus only paying it during the useable months. Either way you're going to pay the same.
