Thank you for your feedback. Can you explain why this guy splits the fees? It's 135.00 per month x 12. With only 6 months to be useable. I know condo ( homes) owners in this state that don't pay fees that high.
I have no idea as to why the dues are like that. Ours are paid monthly or you can pay the whole year. It makes no difference to us. I would not buy into a development where the developer is still calling the shots. With him still owning the majority of lots, he has the most voting power and can really screw things up. Usually once 50% of the lots have been sold, the developer should turn management over to the elected board. Read the governing documents closely
