Thank you for your feedback. Can you explain why this guy splits the fees? It's 135.00 per month x 12. With only 6 months to be useable. I know condo ( homes) owners in this state that don't pay fees that high.
Condo HOAs in the Palm Springs area of California probably average over $600/month and many exceed $1000.00. While it sounds excessive, you do get a lot for your money. Security, your condo is insured, your condo unit's exterior is maintained, your landscaping is done, you trash is paid, all the amenities of the property are included (usually a clubhouse, pools, exercise facilities, sports courts etc) usually there is cable TV included. Start to purchase all those items individually for a single family home and you will see it isn't really out of line.
