I've had a lot of conversations with RV owners through the years. It never made sense to me why so many are willing to spend $170k on a coach and allow it to rot outside. The smart move to me would be spending $140k on a coach, and buy a metal building (to store it in). For $30k, you could probably even get hookups in the building.
There are A LOT of longevity factors that will improve if you store indoors. Like roof problems will be NONE. Bugs won't live in your a/c unit. Tree crud won't fall over your paint or bird yuck. The paint will look good indefinitely. The curtains and inside of the coach will look far better and last way longer.
I also have an OPINION (my opinion only) that tires will last longer than 5 years as they aren't constantly in the elements heating, cooling, etc., as the sun heats the black rubber, dry rots, and elements...
