Painted aluminum siding has brownish haze.

I just purchased a 2003 Monaco Rogue Class C RV.
The exterior is painted aluminum. I've noticed that the paint looks like it was cleaned on certain areas. I asked the owner and he said it looked like this when he bought it. There is like a brownish haze and it certain spots, it looks like someone cleaned/buffed the surface and it looks white. I attached a couple pictures below. I would like to get the brown haze off and get it back to white again. Any ideas?

Be careful! Our Holiday Rambler, quite a bit older than yours, had painted aluminum sides. As I tried to clean what looked like blotches, I found myself exposing bare aluminum. I think there's a good chance of making the matter worse.

tmaxx, you might try this link to get your pictures to work. It's easy.

Not so easy for me unfortunately. I clicked on the link and selected my file to upload. For the past 30min, I getting an hourglass indicating the upload is in progress. The file size is 1.7Mb which doesn't seem that large of a file. I tried uploading my picture to google drive and pasting the google drive URL link, but that doesn't work either.
