I think I would look at more options. There are a lot more coaches out there that I'm sure would meet all your requirements. You seem to have issues with both of these.

My recommendation is: don't "settle" on something that you may have issues with....even minor ones or you'll be finding yourself in the near future, unhappy and looking for another coach.

Keep looking....there's gotta be one out there that meets all your requirements.
