I wanted to update everyone. Come to find out the hot water heater has a shutoff valve behind it. This is only after CW removing the water heater to find this. But at the same time they then realized there was an access panel behind the WH that can be unscrewed to access it.
They have fixed most of the small stuff. The major issues like the slide tracks (gears), rubber weatherstrip and exterior paint have yet to be fixed. I doubt very seriously they will and I will end up having to live with it and deal with these issues as the RV ages.
