Groover, et al,
Thanks for the great posts. After reading them, it sealed the deal for me. Picking up my new Palazzo 33.3 on Monday.
I've read here and on other forums about issues with new motorhomes. I figure it is like buying a new house. There are always issues and as long as the manufacturer takes care of them in a timely manner, then that works for me. I have 3 months before my first major trip, so hopefully most of the unknown issues will be resolved by then.
This will be my first diesel pusher, so I have a lot to learn about them. Anything useful you have learned here? How often do I have to replace the DEF? Any issues with storing motorhome with diesel in tanks for 3-4 months at a time?
I too want to replace the lights with LEDs. Did that on my 2007 Winnebago Access. Since I don't have mine yet, can you tell me what # they are? I've found them on Amazon for about 25% of retail at RV dealers.
You mentioned a place to store the sewer hose. Isn't there a place in the Centralized Utility Station for that? Thought I saw a compartment labeled Sewer Hose when I looked at mine.
Also looking for anyone purchasing an extended warranty, but not from the dealer.
More to come...
Bill
