Palm Springs, CA RV Park Advise

Desert Hot Springs is way too windy..wind blows hard almost every day..that's why they have all those windmill farms there. Palm Springs is just the opposite of the northern climes. A lot of parks are not even open during the summer, as it's not their season and they make enough during the winter to sustain them for the rest of the year. You might check with the Thousand Trails park. They close during the summer but I've seen rigs in there. Don't know if they're just caretakers or what. Electric will be a problem with the heat of summer too....best of luck...Dennis
