Panel Bubbling - Has Anyone Seen Anything Similar?

Recently my 2010 Itasca Impulse Class C began to show a strange looking "bubbling" effect on the interior panel for the over-cab bunk. I've attached a picture. Has anyone seen anything like this b...

Hi Scott,

The bubbles are very hard and don't move at all if I press down hard. That's why I am puzzled, as I expected the bubbles to be hollow as if maybe the vinyl covering was separating from the wood. But that isn't the case.

I haven't tried poking a bubble with a pin - interesting idea.
