Panel Bubbling - Has Anyone Seen Anything Similar?

Recently my 2010 Itasca Impulse Class C began to show a strange looking "bubbling" effect on the interior panel for the over-cab bunk. I've attached a picture. Has anyone seen anything like this b...

I wonder if it's just glue that was pushed or gassed out of the wood underneath as it was drying. Since they're hard I wouldn't worry about it too much.
