Park to reverse hard to move lever
Sometimes it is difficult to move lever from park to reverse. Any ideas to fix this?

As you come to your stopping position... Firmly apply the parking brake while in neutral. Release the service brake and see if it rolls. Then put it in park.
Before you roll, move the selector to the gear you need before you release the parking brake.
