Any solid surface that is pitched to drain water off the parking area. More importantly applies during long term storage.

Black top can dimple where the tires rest which makes it hard on the tires from sitting in water. Concrete doesn't dimple so it is the better choice. If you want to go another step, seal the concrete with a made-for-concrete sealer.

If you are like some motor home owners, they switch rigs often, before moisture damage becomes a problem. But if you are a long term owner, I would do what I can for best preservation.
