I haven't received mine either. Usually have to call. Lifetime membership.
I use the app and the internet in the meantime. Guess I'll call tomorrow...
They will be flooded with calls and wonder why! :)

I think it now comes when you renew at least mine did, But I don't know what happens when you renew for 2 or 3 years.

I have had to call nearly every year to get one. I am always told they want to make sure their multiple year members get theirs and always send it right away. But still have to call every year. I think not a coincidence.

I think your Right ON....I dont think I have my Directory for this year either although I do check their Website often to see whats new. Guess Ill have to give them a call also.

I like that, but man, with the internet now on smart phones.... So easy to look stuff up.. Coupons, events, things near you..

I do get my directory - think it might be an add on cost to the annual membership? If you have a smartphone, PA has a great, free app. I use the app more than the directory
