Pay for garage storage

I keep my mh in a large shop. I have a spare bay in the shop next to my mh bay and can house another mh. The shop has a good security system, water hookup, 50 amp power hookup and a dump station for two mhs. Trying to get some sort of idea of what someone would pay to house their mh in a place like this. I know it'll vary by location but still curious as to what would be a fair rate. Any suggestions?

Orange County Ca is $7-10 a linear foot. Call a local indoor storage yard and ask what their rate is for your area.

You could get $750 or more if your shop was in Los Angeles.

We pay $145.00 for covered storage (not enclosed) with separate electric hook up in our community that is gated. There is no water/dump - the elec. averages around $25.00-$30.00 mo. We do have a RV wash area provided.

250 is about right, I pay 200 for no water, no dump. just one plug to keep the batteries up. it is a nice yard and close to my home
