Actually the house looks like all of the other homes in the neighborhood except mine has a 30' wide x 60' deep garage that looks like a standard double garage from the street. The garage portion all had finished walls, ceiling, plumbing, and AC and was designed so that with the addition of interior walls, I could easily add three more bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, and still have a 2 1/2 car garage. Easier to sell a 4-3-2 1/2 than a 1-1-9. You do not want to build something that is difficult to get rid of down the road.
