not all the truck diesel lanes accept the RV Plus Charge Card at the pump. Only the RV lanes at Flying J's or specifically marked RV lanes in the truck diesel area. You have to go inside. Many of the Pilot cashiers do not know about the RV program and discounts. Even one manager in Knoxville TN didn't know about it! I contacted the headquarters office and was promptly given my discount on my bill with an apology and promise to do more training. More communication is needed and more RV lanes are needed in the truck diesel area that accept both the RV Advantage card and the RV Plus Charge card!! Most "auto diesel" lanes at Pilot stops are not RV accessible when towing.
