May just end up in jail like John Rigas, past CEO of Adelphia Communications Corporation and past majority owner of Buffalo Sabres, a franchise of the National Hockey League. In 2005, he was convicted on multiple charges of fraud and sentenced to 15 years in prison. The 89 year old Rigas and his two sons are still in the federal prison system.
