Usually it is a case of access and convenience for us. OTOH some are terrible access for the RV islands and getting out of them. Truck lanes are almost always better for the bigger units anyhow. We learn by using and then avoid those that don't meet our requirements.
Since a lot of our travels seem to entail using the same routes, too often it is easier for us to use places where we have good experiences rather than seeking acceptable places in a hit and miss fashion.
I will say that if this company's debt load causes their pricing to become non-competetive then we would seek other places to purchase fuel and associated services. Going from free to fee for dumping has already caused this reaction in some cases. We can usually dump other places, this option was just convenient at times.
