Planning on buying a Roadtrek -- Advice?

Addendum: I posted my reply above without having seen the last few posts... they were on page two, and I still had the screen pulled up from last night.
PSW, I'm wondering if you mean Van City RV in St. Louis? That's where I went to take the quick look at two Roadtreks. Very nice folks, seem knowledgeable... A bit pricey? Of course, I would expect to pay more buying from a dealer, and some of that is probably well worth it for the help, knowledge, service after the sale, etc. But the difference between their asking price and prices I've seen from private sales seems pretty significant. And thanks for pointing me to the place in Houston... I signed up to receive email notifications from them.
Re. putting a hitch hauler on: Any thoughts on that vs. just going up in size a notch to the Roadtrek 210? I thought about the 210 for a while... seems to have quite a bit more storage? But I'd really like to be able to park this in a regular space, which I understand to be difficult for the 210. Thing is though, if I have a big tub sticking out the front or back, then length-wise, isn't it six of one, half a dozen of another? (I also understand that the width of the 210 is a bit wider... don't know how much that plays into parking, maneuverability, etc.??)
