Tough to tell just from a few photos, but it looks OK for its age, and it's a Chevy so you'd avoid the handling issues that some had with the Dodge models. Although at 12 years old & 80,000+ miles, the $28K asking price seems a little high. Others here are probably more knowledgeable about prices for used Class B's, but $15-$20K seems closer to a fair price.
