I would just add, and it is opinion of course, that vehicle odometer mileage plays a big factor in final price in all vehicle markets. Even with less common vehicles, there are alternative vehicles to consider and mileage relates to many maintenance costs. While 80K miles is not super high, it is high enough to bring the prices down in competition with other vehicles on the market. So for the Chattanooga vehicle, as I buyer I would be firmly under $20k for the mileage reason, and looks like a nice vehicle so would have it in the consideration list, but would look for lower mileage alternatives, and would consider that one a better deal at $16k to $18k. As you look at more listings, you will see how many lower mileage alternatives can be found given some research time. Again, just opinion. But that is where I would be at. I understand loving retirement's price recommendations completely as well, because the seller is looking at features and condition, and is looking for a buyer who will key in on those factors, so depending on how soon he wants to sell, he may or may not be flexible enough to go below $20k.
Regarding dealers, I have more experience with car dealers than RV dealers, but from what I have seen, RV dealers will definitely discount and negotiate price freely, and time on the lot seems to be a big factor for them, or at least their professional estimates of how long a vehicle might stay around.
