A VERY quick look on NADA shows a lower value (not by a lot), and that factors in a price premium for the low mileage, so that is a good sign on the low mileage. Basically, they are advertising over NADA value because they know they can probably get it, but I would be looking for a model a little under NADA by beating the bushes. It's dead of winter too so more of a buyers market. If it was a beautiful spring day and you wanted to get on the road, less room to negotiate to find a cream puff.
By the way, to get NADA prices, I just google the model and manufacturer, plus NADA.
