Yes, I use progressive and was able to get a "replacement value" or "insurance value" from the website.
When you quote an insurance policy it is based on a fixed value...otherwise you say $10000000 and they say $5.
So that value is fixed and agreed to in your policy...or should be
there are other "agreed value" policies- I have one of those on an classic motorcycle, it is with a specialty carrier and required a 3rd party assessment or valuation- and we have "agreed" that the replacement value is X, and my premium is based on X
Until you have a claim...an insurance policy is only in teh business of collecting your money- so how "good" they are is unknown.
Progressive collects money on a bunch of cars, my house, motorcycles and the RV...how good are they- I dunno.
I've had a couple of windshields replaced and that could not have been easier
