If you can negotiate an acceptable price, good. However, after the negotiation they will ask for money. Tell them the money comes when the things are fixed and the inspection is done. Your "good will" starts when their "good will" fixes the stuff wrong.
I have never figured out why dealers show units with obvious problems. Fix the stuff, then sell.
