I would pass. Just too much potential invisible damaged the mice may have created. Unless the dealer is pulling panels and such to expose ALL the coach and chassis wiring there's no tell how much damage is present. About the same as a coach that was flooded up to the floor. They clean up real nice but a year later the electrical system corrodes to dust.
Also an after market warranty on a coach of that age is going to be very expensive and might not cover the mice damage. About the same as trying to buy life insurance when your 65 years old.
