Please help a tourist - added photos and estimate

I s'pose you're doing this long distance...is it too late/far for you to get someone else to look at it and estimate the damage?

Our opinions probably won't count for much! My advice is to get your credit card company involved, assuming you put one down as security. If so, do contest that charge right away...the burden should be on the rental outfit to prove the cost.
