portable water softener
Would like to get feedback-positive or negative-on the need of a water softener. We are full-timers and spend six months in Mesa, AZ and six months traveling. All comments will be appreciated.

Never used a water softener. We are full time and use an RO system to fill our tank and then we run off the pump using good water. Wintering in AZ it’s really nice to have good water for washing the truck, golf carts, and motorcycle.
