Jersey....as others have stated....
1. Check tire date code...if over 5 years old, REPLACE.
2. Run genny and be sure to put a load on it (run AC, Micro, etc).
3. Be sure house AC gets COLD and all vents operate.
4. Have refer turned ON 24 hours prior to your inspection so you can be sure it is working.
5. Check dash AC and be sure it gets cold
6. Batteries as stated
7. Check holding tanks and be sure they are not leaking. Fill each tank and inspect for leaks
