Possible Purchase
Looking at purchasing, from a dealer, a 2007 Georgie Boy Maverick 315 SS. Approx 9000mi/15000km. Looks to be in good shape. All 6 tires to be replaced if I close the deal. Thoughts.

Maybe derosa means you should not trust new "looking" tires. Check the date codes and be sure they are not old stock being put on. MH tires are said to have a 7 year life, but L/T tires should be changed in 5.
