The outer edges look worn while apparently the center of the tire has never touched the road.
Ask your tire shop to look at that tire, something is not right!!
Are you sure you posted the picture you intended to?
That's not my actual tire, its a pic of a new one I found on the web, just showing that the tread pattern is not the issue as to humming noise, the outer tread comes smooth like that.
