Those are 22.5 inch tires it looks like.
I don't know about Sampsons. They are produced, of course in china to save money, not improve quality.
We had GY670s all around. Still have rears. Front's started to river bad.
Went with Michelins, made here, in the states, two weeks before we replaced them, in Indiana. they are the new enviro things with orange oil. So far no problems with about 15,000 miles. Take it back. got to rebalance right front. The ride is superior. No noise. There is a decoupling groove around the out sides of the tires. They are designated for steer axle but work fine in all positions. They are good for 5 years by Michelin. The G670s good for ten years. too bad not designed sufficiently.
If you trade in the Dealers won't give you much after five years on any of them, unless something has changed. They can't resell them fro road.
Someone wanted them pretty bad though. Gave them 100 bucks apiece for semi trailer.
I've been through the Chinese tire stem valve bomb saga and the Chinese tires for Fifth Wheel. Do what you thin prudent. Just like all the junk from China that won't last until yo uget it home I won't buy Chinese. Got an expensive vacuum cleaner, less than a year old, headed for the trash. Buy American.
Let's knock off the China bashing. I hope you didn't buy any wide screen TVs-chances are those are made in China. Shop at Walmart? You get the picture. The tires in question are run on OTR trucks with great success. The OP has some issues somewhere-it sounds like the wrong tire for the RV.
