Possible to run heat at night without killing your batteries

We have had this issue with all of our rigs we have owned. We camp with our Motorhome in the desert mostly and never have hookups. This time of year especially when it's cold we will run the furnace...

mrheater...the OP is cold. This product runs on propane. Carbon monoxide is the byproduct. Keep a window open? How is a propane heater handled in a motorhome, presumably with the windows closed....to keep the heat in and cold out?

Perhaps the OP, when it really gets cold (for him) should utilize a nearby cg that has electricity. MUCH cheaper than additional batteries and the set-up for them....providing he can find a place to put them.......
