Possible to run heat at night without killing your batteries

We have had this issue with all of our rigs we have owned. We camp with our Motorhome in the desert mostly and never have hookups. This time of year especially when it's cold we will run the furnace...

Open flame heaters inside the bus without venting of the exhaust can be lethal. CO and CO2 may solve the problem of feeling cold, but chances are you will feel pretty cold to anyone that finds you if things go bad.
Extra batteries is the way to go and it just requires a duplication of what you have located wherever you have space on the bus (vented of course).
