I posted a question yesterday answered someone back. Guess I hurt some snowflake feelings because post is gone.

In particular, I find #3 is the most mis-understood. Professional conduct means if you wouldn't say something to someone at work, do not put it here. It has nothing to do with hurting anyone's feelings, snowflake or not. It has to do with common courtesy.
