WHAT THE HECK HAS THIS GOT TO DO WITH MY INVERTER QUESTION? YOU MORONS ARE RUINING WHAT HAS BEEN AND EXCELLENT SOURCE OF HELP. I'G GOING TO i2rv.
Kind of the reason many of us no longer post here anymore - Cloud_DancerExplorer IIHey, it's not the science that we object to, it's the politics. Talking politics gets us no-where.

You might consider adopting a sentiant thought process like scientific methodology rather than the long repudiated secular scientism of the dark ages.... Some of us in this RV audience are still capable of critical thinking, thus, please check your coveted ideology at the door...

When you replace it take a look at the Magnum 2012. Much better built and the factory will service them rather than giving you the finger when warranty is gone.
And to the poster above, it also has an input power control. I used to run on an EU1000 with no problems whatsoever - 3_tonsExplorer III

Almot,
My advice is to not bring up any opinions on global climate change or the current administration. There is a lot of resistance to that type of information on this Forum.
"A lot or resistance to 'that' type of information...??"..... For some clarity, its the forum rules 'End of Subject' and should be self-evident to any privileged user.... - westendExplorerAlmot,

Yes,an acidic ocean climate may have some effect on electronics but just the salt-air environment is probably enough to play havoc. More likely, is Mex's observations of how electronic onboard component choices have fared, the already acceptable components being replaced by lesser ones that barely meet the design. - 3_tonsExplorer IIIRoad-Runner said:

Some, yes. Will keep my fingers crossed that this "some" is a little more than a "few". Won't get my hopes high though, as the landfill psychology - as Mex put it - wouldn't have prevailed otherwise.
Have fun, kids. - road-runnerExplorer IIII would hate to see political bickering ruin this forum.
