By sister's neighbor has a Thor Palazzo and we go camping with them 2-3 times a year. Theirs is around a 2013 or 2014. When theirs was built, they were only installing one Schwintek slide mechanism on each side of the FWS. They had nothing but issues and Thor never would fix the problem. Luckily, the owner is a good friend of the dealer that sold him their coach. The dealer paid to a second set of Schwintek slides to the FWS. It now works much better. It's been an okay coach with the typical minor issues everyone has.
I always thought the Thor Palazzo was a nice looking body style and the paint always looked nice. With that said, you need to keep in mind that it's priced so that someone can get into the diesel market at a Class A gas coach price. If you accept that, then you'll be happy. If you're expecting high end finishes and quality materials, you'll be dissatisfied. You get what you pay for!
