Well. First we were previously very happy owners of a class C Thor 2013 Four Winds 23 U.
The year at a Feb 2016 RV show. We fell in love with the Palazzo. Decided on purchasing. The CW of Harrisburg recieved all our personal info and so we were surprised that we didn't hear anything until the Bank for financing sent me a rejection letter because of insufficient requested information. CW never submitted!!!!!
Then In April CW of Syracuse whom were at the show in HBG. Called wondering if we ever got the RV. When they heard what happened at HBG, they felt bad but said no worry they and Thor had a deal ending the month that would save a lot and we praised the L as we thought that it was meant to be. We were cleared in one day for financing. So we went up that weekend 4/30/16 drove our FW and came back with our Palazzo.
Took it out the following weekend locally to test and celebrate mother's day. Bed room slide no problem. Long slide had stop and go but extended and was nice to have the space.
Sunday started getting ready to leave. OH no! the slide wouldn't retract. Needed to call CW assistance to have a pneumatic pusher to push back in.
Took two weeks to get in to service. cancelled a 2 week trip to Texas,
Currently still in shop and nothing yet made. Much miscommunications between Thor and CW and no work yet done. annexed our July 4th weekend already.
Man, we are bummed. The coach is beautiful but they have to redesign the long slide or break into two like they have with another Palazzo model.
Anyway. Some truth that I felt compelled to share.
