We considered a Palazzo. Make sure the 3 rail slide is installed. You do not want the two rail slide. Many problems. My experience with Camping World service has been terrible. I try with all my might to avoid their service departments from the two I have dealt with in my region. They destroyed my entry door, and refused to pay for it. I had to file my automobile insurance for their mistake.
