I would not take my lawn mower to CW for repairs. The horror stores here and on other boards plus personal experience leads me to that conclusion.
I spoke with owner of a brand new Thor on its maiden voyage. He had over a legal pad of problems. Some minor fit finish, other major, like a non working furnace water leaks in the plumbing and leaks around 2 windows.
He had already called cw and they couldn't get him in for almost 3 wees.
Run away
