At the Poulsbo RV in Kent I go there all the time for their seminars, which are good (they always have prizes). However brought my TT in to get winterized and it got side swiped in their lot by another owner. $3,300 in damages. So we kept it their for repairs. After 2 months no word or phone call as to how soon it would be done, and come to find out no parts ordered during that time. It just sat in their lot. I thought screw this, I went and picked it up the next day and brought it home to find another RV repair shop. I can thank them for helping me find my down to earth, best RV repair mechanic ever. I will never take my TT in their lot ever and never get anything repaired there. They are good at selling up front, but in the back end watch out for an ass kicking.
