Pouring of rv pad
Getting ready to pour a pad for the rv. I'm thinking 12 inch deep with 6 inch of some sort of gravel(3/4 trap rock or 3/4 process)then 6inches of 4000 psi concrete with wire mesh. The rv GVW is 35,700...

Suggest you calculate the load per square inch on your jack pads leaving out the the tires. The go to your local concrete supplier and ask what is needed. They should have someone that can really tell you what is needed. I did that with my local supplier to spec what I needed for a pad to be installed 1,800 miles from our home. The only item the installer suggested, and I did was to add rebar all around the perimeter. I did that. We have used the pad for 11 years without any problems.
We have air leveling no jacks with pads.
