Assuming you got a true surge.. Every device that you say is not working has electronics.. Now a surge (Sustained increase in voltage) can often fry some of the components.
With luck, a fuse (There are several in a fridge, Dometic has a circuit board on the bottom of the outside compartment with fuses, and a box (Black) on the left side with more fuses. Norcold I do not have so can not comment.
Converters are electronic devices, may have fried, may have just popped a fuse.
(Same with Microwave)
Recommendation, install a Progressive Industries HW-50 as part of your repair so that the next surge,, will be stopped.
