The Voltage should be within 1/2 V between Batterys and Outlet(EG)
13.8 at batt and 13.3 at outlet
I think we assumed you were reading the factory monitor output meter reading on the Charger side and using your own personal meter at the
plug in side.
I went out and read mine and its 13.8 at batterys and 13.67 at outlets
SP connected batterys fully charged and no draw at present time
I must add based on your posts your charger is over supplying voltage for sure.It(your charger) must work differently than my inverter/3 stage charger combo because if I was getting 16 volts at my outlet my batterys would boil.
