You need to measure the Voltage AT the Pump Battery connection at the solenoids. NOT just measure the voltage at the batteries or anywhere else. When you have this type problem you ALWAYS measure the voltage at the appliance connections. All the PG system is telling you is---It senses low voltage, which is accurate. You may have loose or corroded battery cable connections--this is the most common cause. Both at the batteries and at the PG pump assbly. Doug
