2019 Thor Class C. We have two batteries. After three days the indicator showed only one light. 1/3 full. I tried to start the generator and everything went dark. The generator wouldn’t even crank....

Three days is way too short for your batteries to be that low. Something's definitely draining them.
3 days is plenty of time to drain 2 batteries. Heck, you can drain them in a day or less if you have a lot of things running. And as the OP said if you read their response, they had some loose connections.
