Power to AC's on Generator

Sorry, it's a 7500 Onan, and I have run both AC s in the past, which is why I'm baffled now. There is one main breaker on the Onan, it's on. Not sure where the others may be.
So from this I can assume the ATS is ok? I haven't yet checked the input or output legs on the ATS-501. I started the genset again and once it settled into operation I heard the switching (click click click) from the ATS, then I turned on the ACs one at a time and still only the rear AC operated. I will check the output legs tomorrow with multimeter unless there is no need to.
