A bit tricky if you a bit new to checking live voltages. You can, with the generator off, do a resistance check thru the breaker. You might see a few ohms may one or two at the most.
Your transfer switch should have two big relays. One is for shore power and the other is for the generator. Each relay should have three sets of contacts. Two of the contacts are hot and the third is a neutral. Both should look identical which the wires coming into the switch, shore and generator. If you feel up to it, with the coach plugged in AND the generator running if everything is working the incoming voltages to both relays should be identical but only one of the output side should be active.
When you're doing the checks on live circuits just be careful. Don't be touching or leaning against anything metal. As long as you're not grounded the possibility or getting shocked is reduced. An excellent tool to help make this easier is what I call a power sniffer.
