Today was supposed to be pickup day of our very first RV, but when the stairs didn't fully retract when the door closed, (and their solution of spraying them with WD40 didn't work...) we left the coac...

The only thing I could speculate is that some tunnels don't want you to go thru with the propane turned on. I can imagine big problems if there is a big serious accident within the tunnel. So you could turn it off when you see the sign, then turn it back on after exit.
