x2! I remember that happening with us. We have the Dicor brand "wheel simulators" and one of ours was making noise. It was what I'd call a "tinny" sound and the trick is that it's a noise that occurs with wheel rotation. Looking at a wheel, how massive it is, you wouldn't think it can flex. It flexes differently than the simulator/wheel cover/hubcap.
Maybe I should ask... Do you know/have instructions how to remove the covers? Ours needed a tool, which might not have actually worked but didn't come with the used coach, so we bought a socket that we can drive with a ratchet.
